Nice foliage and view of hills and mountain. Mostly lake and woods activities around the area. Indoor pool and play area for kids. Friendly staff.
I love Maine and all it has to offer .. Island Falls was fantastic but the resort is a little on the tired side. The condo we stayed in had items that were in disrepair ie broken window frame, frayed carpeting, etc . With that said it is a great location .. super close to a great golf course, Baxter State Park and Canada ... well worth the trip. The staff of Vacation Land was AMAZING .. super informative and polite . I would consider going back .

Very good, somewhat rustic place, with indoor pool, hottub, some daily activities. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Direct access to sledding trails and ITS system.
It's not very safe for children. A lot of water on floor and very slippery
